1. Physical Retail & Information Purpose

Tara Music Centre operates an offline physical showroom. Information displayed on this website—including product specifications, brand portfolios, and feature guides—is provided for customer reference and general consumer education. Content on this site does not constitute a legally binding unilateral offer of sale or guaranteed inventory reserve.

2. Pricing & Stock Availability

Retail prices for consumer electronics, smartphones, and appliances fluctuate based on manufacturer revisions, seasonal campaigns, and wholesale availability. While we make every effort to communicate accurate terms:

• Final pricing, invoice amounts, and promotional discounts are confirmed directly at our physical billing counter or through confirmed WhatsApp conversations.
• Physical inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis in our showroom unless explicitly reserved via prior deposit or direct arrangement.

3. Manufacturer Warranties & Genuine Products

All branded products sold by Tara Music Centre are genuine, brand-sealed units accompanied by an official tax invoice. Manufacturer warranties (covering hardware, screens, compressors, motors, and batteries) are provided directly by respective brands (e.g., Samsung, Apple, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, OnePlus, Sujata, LG, Sony).

Warranty service and repair claims are subject to the terms, conditions, and authorized service centers established by each respective manufacturer.

4. Financing, Bajaj Finserv 0% EMI & NBFC Charges

Financing schemes (including Bajaj Finserv Consumer Durable 0% EMI and bank card EMI) are third-party financial products underwritten and disbursed by authorized non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), including Bajaj Finance Ltd (Tara Music Centre Authorized Authorized Partner):

• 0% Interest Schemes: Under zero-interest consumer durable schemes, interest is subvented by brand manufacturers or participating partners.
• NBFC File & Processing Fees: In accordance with standard NBFC credit policies, a nominal one-time processing fee / file charge and Dealer-Borne-Discount (DBD) is levied directly by Bajaj Finance Ltd as determined by the customer's EMI card category and chosen tenure matrix. Applicable government taxes (GST) apply on processing fees.
• Credit Approval & NACH Mandate: Spot sanctions, eligible credit limits, and document verification (Aadhaar KYC, PAN, Bank Mandate) are determined exclusively by the lending institution. Tara Music Centre acts solely as an authorized retail sourcing partner.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all showroom transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of retail sales shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hindaun City / Karauli District, Rajasthan.
